Our site does not collect usage information, and does not use cookies. Our registration form requires you to give us your contact information, such as name, address, and email address. This is the only information we collect, and is provided by you at your sole discretion. Your contact information will only be used to provide you with additional information about our trade-in programs and to mail you your check or other compensation.

For those Customers who have accessed the Flipswap Application through a website of Inphonic, Inc. ("Inphonic") or any of its affiliates, Flipswap agrees to comply with provisions of Inphonic's privacy policy found at http://www.wirefly.com/about/privacy.asp to the extent that any of Inphonic's policies are more stringent than Flipswap's. Please note however that Flipswap is not endorsed by the third party certification organizations listed in Inphonic's privacy policy.

Flipswap will occasionally update this Privacy Statement as our business and products evolve. When we do, we will also revise the version and date at the bottom of this Privacy Statement.
